Plan includes:
All necessary exams
All necessary x-rays
All cleanings
A fluoride treatment with each cleaning
20% off any necessary dental treatment

The above represents a 25-35% discount on these services
The plan renews annually. At renewal the fee is automatically billed to the credit card number on file.
